TAA Education for Rental Housing Professionals
TAA provides many resources to help professionals hone their talents and keep up with a fast-moving industry.
Rental housing industry professionals look to the Texas Apartment Association as a leading source for industry education. TAA offers a variety of educational offerings to fit the needs of any rental property professional, as well as educational resources for members.
Many TAA-sponsored programs offer continuing education credits for CAM, CAMT, CAPS, CAS and NALP designates, and Mandatory Continuing Education Credits (MCE) required by the Texas Real Estate Commission of real estate licensees.
Local apartment associations in Texas also offer a variety of educational programs, covering legal issues, leasing techniques, maintenance concerns and other issues. Many local affiliates also offer professional designation courses in cooperation with the National Apartment Association Education Institute, and can grant continuing education credits, and in some cases, MCE credits.
