This program focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers and all MFDL program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by the compliance staff at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income and more.
At TAA’s Income Determination Training (aka TDHCA’s “First Thursday” Training) you will:
- Focus on eligibility requirements of various TDHCA affordable housing programs
- Learn about calculating income, calculating assets and adjusted income
- Get answers to your questions about eligibility
This program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will include time for breaks and lunch just as if you were at an in-person seminar. To receive a certificate for the online seminar, you must register with TAA. Access instructions and seminar materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online seminar. Please provide an accurate email address when you register.
Continuing Education Credits: 5.5 Hours NAA CECs, not approved for MCEs from TREC
